職務紹介
- ソーシャルアプリケーション (Web サービス) の設計、構築および運用
- サーバ 100 台を超える規模のシステム設計、NW機器の選定、DB物理設計等
より具体的には、以下のようなものがあります。
- Webアプリケーション設計、実装および運用
- 機能投入後の効果検証および改善
- サーバ、ネットワーク・データベースなどの設計および構築
- 通信基盤技術の検証および開発
- 性能管理 (負荷状況分析、パフォーマンスチューニングおよび費用対効果最大化)
- 障害対応 (検知、復旧、原因分析および再発防止策実施)
- プロジェクトリーディングおよびマネジメント
開発環境
各エンジニアに、最新スペックのノートパソコン＋ディスプレイが割り当てられます。

必須の要件
- Linux, UNIX を利用したウェブサイト構築経験 (LAMP 環境が望ましい)
- 何らかのスクリプト言語 (/bin/sh, Perl, Python, Ruby 等) プログラミングの基礎知識

- 大規模 Web アプリケーションの構築/運用経験
- ミドルウェア/アプリケーションのパフォーマンスチューニング経験
- スケーラブルなアーキテクチャの設計経験
- HTTP/DNS/SMTP 等インターネット標準の知識
- L2スイッチ/3スイッチ/ファイアウォール/ロードバランサ等のネットワーク知識、経験
- 開発/運用フェーズ、インフラ/アプリケーション等を区切らずサービスの成功のためにあらゆる課題にチャレンジできる意欲
- 自らサービスを考え「自分のサービス」を作る意欲
- なんらかのオープンソースプロジェクトに貢献した経験
待遇

- 11：00～20：00 実働8時間

- 月給21万円 ～ 50万円

Infrastructure Engineer
Job Description
- Design, construction and operation of social applications (Web services)
- System design, selection of network equipment, DB physical design, etc. on a scale of over a hundred machines.
More specifically, job tasks may include:
- Layout, implementation and operation of infrastructure for web applications
- Post-release service inspection and improvement
- Layout and construction of servers, networks, databases, etc.
- Evaluation and/or development of communication infrastructure technologies
- Performance management (Load status analysis, performance tuning, cost-effectiveness maximization)
- Failure recovery (detection, restoration, root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures)
- Project leadership and management
Development Environment
Each engineer is assigned a laptop with the most recent capabilities and a external display.

Mandatory Requirements
- Experience developing websites using Linux/UNIX (ideally with LAMP environments)
- Basic knowledge of any scripting language (/bin/sh, Perl, Python, Ruby, etc.)
- Conversational skill at Japanese language (JLPT N4-equivalent)
Ideal Profile
- Experience building / operating large-scale web applications
- Experience on application / middleware performance tuning
- Experience designing scalable architectures
- Knowledge of Internet standards such as HTTP / DNS / SMTP
- Knowledge and experience with network features such as L2 switches, L3 switches, firewalls, load balancers, etc.
- Will to overcome any challenges to the success of an Internet service, no matter what development phase or architecture layer they occur in
- Ambition to plan and develop a service on your own
- Involvement in any kind of open source projects

- Closest Station:
- Three minutes walking distance from Hongo-sanchome station (Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line / Toei Subway Oedo Line).
- Working hours:
- 11:00 to 20:00 (8-hours/day)
- Monthly Salary:
- 210,000 – 500,000 JPY
- Benefits:
- All travel expenses covered. Housing support of 30,000 JPY / month if you live close to company headquarters. Full social insurance.

- Weekends (Sat. & Sun.), national holidays, paid leave.
